All of the above rates are quoted in euro per room per night for double occupancy, including American Buffet Breakfast and all taxes.

Confirmation
In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 50%, via credit card or wire bank transfer, is required 14 days prior to guest’s arrival in Low and Middle season and 21 days in High and Peak season. The rest 50% should be paid 7 days prior to guest’s arrival.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival in Low and Middle season and 21 days prior in High and Peak season no fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 14 days in Low and Middle season or within 21 days in High and Peak season, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.
